Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination country, delivery method, and package weight.

Orders are shipped using trusted international courier services depending on the destination, including:

The courier used for your order will be selected based on delivery efficiency and destination.

Orders are processed and shipped during business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
Processing time may vary depending on the type of product:
— In-stock items: typically shipped within a few business days.
— Made-to-order pieces: production time may apply before shipment.
1.4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:
— Europe: approximately 24 hours–7 business days
— International destinations: approximately 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
1.5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (waybill), allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
2. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
2.1. Responsibility for Customs Fees
For international orders shipped outside the European Union, the shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, processing fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
2.2. Refusal of Shipment
If the recipient refuses to accept the shipment or refuses to pay the applicable customs duties and taxes, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases:
— The original shipping costs and any return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
— Additional charges imposed by the courier or customs authorities may also be deducted where applicable.

Customs clearance procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays.
If your shipment is held by customs authorities, we recommend contacting your local customs office or courier provider for additional information regarding the clearance process.
2.4. Assistance Regarding Customs
While customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer, we aim to assist our clients whenever possible by providing the necessary documentation required for customs processing.
However, please note:
— Any assistance provided does not imply responsibility for customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other government-imposed charges.
3. Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer and confirmed by the courier’s tracking system, the delivery will be considered completed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the courier confirms delivery to the provided address.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct and secure for delivery.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers must ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of placing the order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be delivered:
— The shipment may be returned to us by the courier.
— Any additional shipping fees required for resending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in opening an investigation with the courier.

We will always make reasonable efforts to assist customers in resolving shipping issues, but we cannot guarantee courier timelines or decisions made by third-party shipping providers.
