Can I request modifications to a product already available on the website?

Yes, modifications to an existing design are possible. If you would like to adjust certain elements (such as color, length, details, or other aspects), please mention your request in the “Notes” section when placing your order.

Please note that once any modification is requested, the item will be considered a customized product, therefore it will be non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Additionally, if the requested changes involve adding accessories, extra materials, or more complex alterations, an additional cost may apply, depending on the modification.

Can I exchange my item if the size is not correct?

Yes, if you have ordered a product in a standard size and the size does not fit properly, the item can be exchanged without any issues.

Please note that this applies only to standard-size items. Products made according to custom measurements or with modifications are considered personalized items and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Can you replicate a dress from a photo I have?

Unfortunately, no. We do not replicate or copy designs from other brands or images provided by clients.

We only create original pieces based on our own designs and creative concepts. However, if you are interested in a custom-made piece inspired by our style, you are welcome to contact us and we will be happy to discuss possible options.

Can I change the model after placing an order?

Yes, the model can be changed only if the production process has not yet started.

Once the creation of the dress has begun, it is no longer possible to change the model, as materials are prepared and the production process is already underway.

Can I rent a dress?

Yes, dress rental is available. Please visit the “Rent” section on our website, where you will find all the details and conditions regarding the rental process.

Please note that rental is only available for the sizes and models currently in stock.

What sizes are available?

Our products are available in standard sizes ranging from XS to XXL. You can find the exact measurements in our Size Guide section.

Additionally, we also offer the option to create garments based on the client’s individual measurements, which means the piece can be made in any size, according to the measurements provided.

Can this dress be made long/short?

Yes, the dress can be remade as a short or long version, depending on your preference. Please note that the price may change depending on the requested modification.

If you would like to request such a change, please mention it in the “Notes” section when placing your order. Our team will then send the request to the production team for evaluation.

Please wait for our confirmation before the order is finalized, as the modification must first be approved and the final price confirmed.

How am I supposed to wash my dress?

Evening gowns often contain multiple layers, delicate fabrics, lace, and structured elements, which can make cleaning more challenging.

In general, dresses can be gently hand washed, depending on the fabric. However, we strongly recommend professional dry cleaning, as specialized cleaners have the proper equipment and expertise to clean the inner layers while protecting the delicate outer fabrics.

Professional cleaning helps preserve the shape, structure, and quality of the garment over time.

How is quality ensured?

All our products are carefully inspected before being shipped. Each order comes with a 30-day warranty certificate.

If any defect occurs due to a manufacturing issue on our part, we will repair the product free of charge, with no additional cost for the customer.

Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by wear, improper use, or accidents by the wearer.

How long does an order take?

2 weeks – 1 month for most products available on the website.

1 – 3 months for custom made dresses, depending on the complexity of the design.

If the product is available in stock, it may be prepared and shipped on the same day.

2. Urgent production service

In certain cases, we may offer an urgent production option to prioritize your order. This service is subject to availability and production capacity, and an additional urgent fee may apply.

When placing an order through email or WhatsApp, please include the following details:

- the product name or a photo/link of the item you want

- your preferred size or your measurements (bust / waist / hips)

- your full delivery address

- your phone number
- any additional notes or modifications you would like to request

Due to the high volume of requests, please allow 24–48 hours for us to review your request and confirm your order.

Why can’t I find my order confirmation email?

A confirmation email is automatically sent after every order is placed. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.

It is also possible that the email address was entered incorrectly during checkout.

SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the destination country and courier service used. In general, delivery can take between 24 hours and up to 2 weeks after the order has been shipped.

If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order. We may arrange a faster courier service to ensure the order arrives within 24–48 hours worldwide, though this option may involve higher shipping costs.

Where are the dresses shipped from?

All dresses are shipped from Romania, located in Southeastern Europe.

Do I have to pay taxes / How much will my country charge me for the order?

In general, no additional taxes are charged for most orders. However, depending on the destination country, the contents of your order may occasionally be subject to customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.), which are determined by the local authorities of the destination country.

If such fees apply, they are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may occur during the import process.

I need this dress a week from today. Is there enough time?

Unfortunately, there may not be enough time for the dress to be produced and delivered within such a short timeframe, as production depends on the complexity of the design.

However, you may consider choosing from our dresses that are already in stock, which can be shipped much faster. You have to contact us via Whatsapp or email.

PAYMENT & REFUND

When do I pay for my order?

Orders are paid at the moment they are placed. Depending on the product, payment may be required either in full or as an advance payment (a partial amount of the total price).

If an advance payment is required, it represents a part of the total amount, while the remaining balance will be paid later, before the order is completed or shipped.

Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled, as each piece is prepared specifically for the client.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept several secure payment methods for your convenience. You can complete your purchase using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Visa Electron).

Alternatively, payment can also be made via bank transfer.

Can I return a product?

Yes. In accordance with applicable law, products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the item is not personalized or custom-made.

Please note that shipping costs and any related fees are non-refundable. The product must be returned in its original condition.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to verify that it complies with the return conditions (e.g., unused, undamaged, and not personalized).

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within up to 14 days, using the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that shipping costs and any related fees are non-refundable.
