1.3. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. The shipping cost may vary depending on the destination, package weight, and courier service used.

1.4. Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday–Friday).

1.5. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (waybill) by email so you can follow the shipment.

1.6. We make every effort to ship the order in a timely manner so that it reaches the customer as quickly as possible. However, once the package has been handed over to the courier company, the responsibility for the transportation and delivery process lies with the courier.

1.7. DV COUTURE cannot be held responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by the courier service during transport.

1.8. After the shipment is dispatched and the tracking number has been provided, the responsibility for monitoring and managing the delivery lies with the customer and the courier company.

1.9. If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before placing your order. In such cases, we may arrange a faster courier service, which may involve higher shipping costs.

2. Customs

2.1. For international orders shipped outside the European Union, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other processing fees determined by the destination country.

2.2. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon arrival of the shipment.

2.3. DV COUTURE is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by the authorities of the destination country.

2.4. Customs procedures may sometimes cause delays in delivery, which are beyond our control. If this occurs, we recommend contacting your local customs office or the courier company handling the shipment.
