Returns

— The product must not be personalized or custom-made.
— The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging, accessories, and original seals must be intact and in their original condition. These will be carefully verified upon return.
— Proof of purchase must be provided.

Returns that do not comply with these conditions may be refused or partially refunded, depending on the condition of the item.

Please note that shipping costs and any related fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or available variant, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

— The product must not be personalized or custom-made.
— The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All tags, packaging, accessories, and original seals must remain intact and in their original condition.
— The product will be inspected upon return before the exchange is approved.

Exchanges are processed only after the returned item has been received and verified.

Custom-Made and Personalized Items

All custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as these products are created specifically for the client.

 

How to Request a Return

The subject line must contain the following format:

Return Request – Name – Order Number

Our team will review your request and provide further return instructions if the request meets the eligibility conditions.

The item must then be carefully packaged and returned in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and seals intact.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.


Inspection of Returned Items

All returned products are carefully inspected upon arrival.

— If the item shows signs of wear, damage, missing tags, broken seals, or altered packaging, the return may be refused.
— If the returned product has diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics, a partial refund may be applied, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

 

Refund Processing

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within up to 14 days from the moment the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
