How to buy
Shopping on our website is simple and secure. Below you’ll find a step-by-step guide explaining how to place an order, the available payment methods, and the difference between ordering a standard size product and a custom-made product.
A. Order on website
1) Choose your product
Browse our collections and select the item you wish to purchase. Each product page contains important information such as:
- product description and materials
- available sizes
- production / execution time (please pay close attention to the execution time)
Most products offer two ordering options:
Standard Size
You may select a classic size (XS, S, M...).
To choose the correct size, please consult the size guide.
In this case:
- the product may be returned according to applicable legislation
- size exchanges are possible
Custom Measurements
You may choose to have the product made according to your personal measurements.
Please enter the requested measurements in the designated field, along with any other modifications you would like to make.
In this case:
- the product is custom made specifically for you
- the product cannot be returned or exchanged
- the same rule applies if model modifications or color changes are requested
- advance payment or full payment is required before production begins
2) Add the product to your cart
Once you have selected your preferred option, click Add to Cart.
You can then open your Cart to review:
- the selected product(s)
- size or customization option
- quantity
- any notes (if applicable)
After reviewing your cart, click Checkout.
3) Enter your shipping details
At checkout, you will be asked to complete the following information:
- full name
- phone number (required for delivery)
- email address (for order confirmation and updates)
- full shipping address (street, number, city, postcode, country)
Please make sure all details are correct to avoid delivery delays.
Payment Methods
Depending on your region and/or the product selected, you will see two or three payment methods available at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
How it works:
- you place the order online
- the parcel is shipped to your address
- you pay the courier when the order arrives
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
Bank Transfer
You may also choose to pay via bank transfer.
How it works:
- after placing the order you will receive payment details
- you complete the transfer from your bank
- once payment is confirmed, your order enters the processing or production stage
Transfers may take 1–2 business days to be confirmed.
Card Payment (Online)
If available for your region/order, you can pay securely using credit or debit card.
How it works:
- select Card Payment
- enter your card details through the secure payment gateway
- your order is confirmed immediately after successful payment
Production / Execution Time (Important)
Many pieces are made-to-order, meaning production begins after the order is placed.
Please carefully check the execution time mentioned on the product page before placing your order, especially if you need the item for a specific event or date.
If you have a deadline, we recommend contacting us before ordering.

- your full shipping address
- your email address and phone number
- your size or your measurements
- any additional notes or deadlines

For fully customized orders, please complete the form available on the “CUSTOM MADE” page located at the beginning of the website. Please note that these products require a longer execution time and the price may be higher, depending on the complexity of the design.
